Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your address to your residential address and cross check before placing the order.

In case of utmost emergency, please contact us via email at support@themoredeals.com with your order number and we will try our best to help you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing an order?

You cannot change your order. The best way will be to cancel the order and place a new order. For cancellation of order(s) please contact support@themoredeals.com.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something missing, please contact us immediately at support@themoredeals.com

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped within a day or two day after the processing day.

How do I return an item?

You can return your products hassle-free and no questions asked within 30 days from receiving your order. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank/credit card company with questions about when the credit will be posted your account. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
